Judge Jeanine Pirro, a former prosecutor who now hosts “Justice With Judge Jeanine” on Fox News, told a national television audience this past week that Hillary Clinton purposely set up an email server at her New York home during her time as secretary of State in order to operate outside the confines of law, particularly when it came to Clinton Foundation activities.
“It’s clear what their intent was,” she said, during a “Fox and Friends” interview. “Their intent was to hide. To set up the server so that she could operate not only outside of the guidelines and the rules and the federal requirements, but that she could operate an organized criminal enterprise in the name of a 501(c)(3) charity.”
And what does that mean, in plain legal-speak?
Clinton must go to jail, she said.
“It’s a RICO – racketeering influencing corruption organization,” Pirro said. “Like the mob. She’s a capo and you know they got the consigliere, who is Loretta Lynch at this point who has … corrupted the Justice Department.”
No, really, Judge Jeanine. Tell us how you feel.
“This is just the most corrupted Department of Justice I’ve ever seen,” she went on. “And I thought Eric Holder was bad.”
Pirro also took to Twitter to get her tear on President Obama, who has been taking to the Clinton campaign trail of late to practically threaten Democrats they better come out in droves to vote – or else his whole administrative agenda for the last eight years would crumble.
Well, good on that – but Pirro, in the meantime, noted how panicked the president sounded.
She wrote: “I have never seen a president spread so much division & hate for an opposing party candidate. What is Obama so afraid of? @realDonaldTrump.”
